On Friday, the Roane County Election Commission visited to help our seniors register to vote.
Charles Holliway, the Administrator of Elections, provided an overview of the voting process and emphasized the importance of election integrity in Tennessee. He also demonstrated how to use the voting machines and gave students a chance to experience what it would be like to cast a vote.
By registering 85-100% of our students, who will be 18 by the November election, HHS will again be eligible for either the Silver or Gold Level Anne Dallas Dudley Award - so stay tuned!!
