HHS Students Honor Our Local Veterans!
Students at HHS have been hard at work preparing to celebrate and honor our local veterans this Veterans Day. Ms. Sofia's art classes created beautiful banners for the Veterans Day Parade, and over 100 students participated in our Veterans Day Poster Contest! With city officials serving as judges, the winners' posters are now proudly displayed at City Hall.
During the parade, our students lined the route to cheer on the HHS Grand Marshals:
Mr. Marc Barnwell, Mr. Phil Hamby, and Mr. Greg Russell—thank you for your service and dedication to our community!
The Student Ambassadors represented the HHS student body at the 2024 Field of Honor & Dedication Ceremony, standing in tribute to our veterans.
Congratulations to our Poster Contest Winners!
